About the Venue & Getting There

There are multiple ways to get to the Raffles City Convention Centre, but the described routes are our tried-and-tested.

  • The event spans across the Fairmont Ballroom & Foyer.
  • Exhibitors have access to the loading deck and cargo lifts. 
  • Open spaces, lifts and public toilets on this floor are accessible to convention centre guests.
  • The convention centre sits atop the Raffles City Shopping Centre with a wide variety of F&B options.

The following photos were taken during our site visit on 15 April 2025. 

Banquet tables will be replaced with standard booth tables and exhibitor set-ups on the event days.

Entrance doors will be open on the event day.

1) Leave City Hall Station by Exit A

2) Take the escalator up towards Raffles City Shopping Mall

3) Enter the shopping mall and look out for the overhead signs. Follow the direction arrows for Convention Centre at L4

4) The route will take you past Guerlain towards the area where the escalators converge.

5) Look out for Peacock Alley across the escalators, and head towards it.

6) Walk through Peacock Alley. Turn right in the direction of Convention Centre at L4

7) Emerge to find the escalators leading to the Convention Centre. To take the lift, skip the rest and move on to the section on Getting to the Lift Lobby and Lift Usage Policies

8) Otherwise, simply take the escalators all the way up, following the direction signages.

9) Arrived at Level 4!

1) If you’re coming by car, the easiest way is to alight outside the Swisshotel The Stamford.

2) Go through the entrance, and head right for the escalator, or left for the lift lobby. To take the lift, skip the rest and check the section on Getting to the Lift Lobby and Lift Usage Policies

3) Take the escalators all the way up, following the direction signages.

4) Arrived at Level 4!

  • If coming from City Hall MRT Station, the lift lobby is at the far end from the escalators.
  • If coming in from the Swisshotel The Stamford entrance, the lift lobby is to your left.
  • The lift lobby is behind this grey arch.

Lift Usage Policies
  • You may only bring wheel luggage and hand-carry bags into the lift.
  • Trolleys, even foldable trolley crates, are not allowed in the lifts. Please use the escalators instead.
  • If you are an exhibitor who is coming by car and using a trolley, you may enter by the loading bay. Instructions will be communicated to you by email before the event.
